Breakfast was varied and good

Got to room and found hair on the bathroom floor and box of condoms. Staff not willing to go out of their way to help. Asked them several questions and received "I don't know" answers. Not "I'm not sure let me go look that up for you."

I liked the price-cost benefit.

It is a little old and need a remodelation.

Staffs' inability to speak English. Lack of fundamentals such as ice and rooms very small.

The staff are what make this place, particularly the morning people that work the desk. The evening people are friendly but don't speak the best English, but you can get done what you need too. Close to subway. Breakfast was adequate.

The street it is on at night seemed to attract some peculiar individuals, however the front door was kept locked and monitored by the desk staff at night. It was also kind of weird that the A/C was turned on and off at the front desk, but, it was $55 a night and HAD A/C, so its all good.

Hotel staff is very friendly and extremely helpful for international travellers. In my case, they readily spend their time to check details of changed frlights, consulted on the city events and any addresses I needed, booked taxi and tickets to excursions and to shows, kept free my not-needed belongings for days during our travel out of the city. The room is modest but clean and have all facilities. Breakfast is normal - incl. cereal, cheese, ham and fruits. Location in the center, very convenient. Very good hotel for the money.

The price in Booked.net is shown without vat tax of 21%. It is dissapointing to find you have to pay more then expected from booking. They should not be afraid to show the full price as anyway the hotel is very good for the money even with this 21%.

walking distance to major landmarks and exquisite parks

I loved that I could stroll to the Obelisco in just about 10 minutes and enjoy the beautiful views in Congressional Plaza, making my weekend in the city so much more enjoyable and relaxing, especially since I'm all about park views during my explorations, although check-in could improve a bit to make the experience smoother.

The hotel was ok, it is exactly what i expected for the price.

Explore nearby attractions like the Obelisk and restaurants. The staff were friendly and spoke English well, but the breakfast lacked variety. It did its job for one night, but I wish there were more options available.

I stayed here for a night and found the location excellent. It's close to major attractions, so exploring was easy. The room itself was clean, but the air conditioning didn't have a temperature setting. I had to call the front desk to adjust it, inconvenient. The staff at reception were friendly, but I wish breakfast had more options. The selection consisted mostly of juice, bread, and cereals, not what I expected for a buffet. The lack of food variety and the temperature control issue were drawbacks, but the clean room and helpful staff made it somewhat pleasant.

Awesome place with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a nice bar area. I remember the staff helped me at night with a room issue during my first stay. Highly recommend it for comfort and service!

Clean room, friendly staff, with excellent AC providing a comfortable stay and effective noise cancelation. Convenient luggage storage right at the reception to enhance your travel experience after arriving from the nearby airport.
